Through our livelihood support program, we help them overcome these barriers by offering skill-building opportunities and connecting them with suitable job options. Our team collaborates with old age homes, providing infrastructural and training support to help elders rediscover their potential.

With strong partnerships among corporate firms and charitable organizations in India, we create pathways for employment based on individual skills—whether in office-related roles, handicrafts like knitting and sewing, or even small-scale farming.
